REFUND / RETURNS POLICY

Make sure you let your Llama Mama chill in the fridge for at least 12 hours prior to serving it—this really helps to enhance the flavors!
If you still don't like it, please shoot us an email at francesca@llamamamaworld,com within 30 days of your purchase to request a refund (including shipping, if applicable).

We can only offer refunds for your first try at a new flavor, and our refunds are limited to one case per person.

If your order was damaged in-transit, or if you've received the wrong  order, please reach out to us immediately by emailing franceca@llamamamaworld.com
